Please send our support team a photo of the item you have received. We will inspect the situation and get back to you immediately
When items are shipped out, we will send notification to your registered email address. The tracking number might not be available until a few days after dispatch, courier company will update the tracking information once it is available.
Once you have placed an order, changes to the shipping address can be made within 5 hours. However, changes to the items in your order cannot be accommodated. We use an automated system that sends your order directly to our production team, who begin handcrafting it right away to ensure timely delivery. Due to our quick processing times, we are unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted.

The total time to receive your order includes both processing and shipping times. Processing usually takes 1-3 days (depending on the item), and shipping takes an additional 2-7 days, depending on your location and shipping method. Please note that this estimate does not include possible delays due to customs, weekends, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process, and you’ll receive tracking information once your order ships
